Legacy High School's volleyball team split a duel with Breckenridge and Iowa Park.
Legacy marked a historic occasion by winning their first regular season home game in school history, defeating Breckenridge 25-17, 15-25, 25-15, 25-16.
However, Legacy faced a tough challenge in their second match against Iowa Park, falling in a closely contested battle, 25-17, 25-18, 21-25, 22-25, 9-15.
The team displayed a powerful offensive front with Lucy Blair leading the charge, recording 15 kills. Kylie Mancha added 11 kills, while Ella Fleming was a defensive powerhouse with 6 blocks. Malia Chong and Kendall Snodgrass each contributed 16 assists, guiding the team's success. Lauren Carter was solid on defense with 8 digs.
